  • These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) of (a) use of our website https://somoy.school (“Website”) or any products or services in connection with the Website/products (“Services”) or (b) any modes of registrations or usage of products, including through SD cards, tablets or other storage/transmitting device are between Somoy Media Limited (“Company/We/Us/Our”) and its users (“User/You/Your”).
  • Before enrolling or using the website, or services, please carefully read the Company's terms and privacy policy ("Privacy Policy"). Any disagreements between the Terms and any other policies on the application, website, or service are resolved in the Terms' favor. You accept the Terms and agree to be bound by them if you use any way to access the Website, or Services. If you disagree with any part of the terms or privacy policy, please don't use the website, or services. Our all services and products can only be accessed through a registration/subscription.
  • The Website, services, and products, together with all software, text, pictures, graphics, video, script, and audio, as well as any other information, content, material, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade secrets therein, are the exclusive property of the Company (“Proprietary Information”). Proprietary Information may not be used, copied, reused, modified, or distributed without the Company's prior written consent. While you can retain control over the contents, the corporation will always be the owner of all data, material, and other intellectual property on that media. While using the Website, you may encounter materials that belong to other people.Prior authorization was secured from the subject, and the third party owns all rights to the content in order to guarantee that it is faithful to the original. Furthermore, you acknowledge that any intellectual property, including all trademarks, copyrights, logos, and service marks, remains the property of the appropriate third party and that you are not permitted to use it without their consent.

The website, services, and/or products may only be used for personal purposes. You must adhere to the following guidelines when using our services for personal or non-commercial reasons, including this application and website.
    1. When you create your Somoyer School account, and when you subsequently use certain features, you must provide us with accurate and complete information, and you agree to update your information to keep it accurate and complete.
    2. Subject to these Terms and our Policies, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license right to use our Services. The rights granted herein are only for your personal, non-commercial use, unless you obtain our written permission otherwise. You also agree that you will create, access, and/or use only one user account, unless expressly permitted by Somoyer School, and you will not share access to your account or access information for your account with any third party. Using our Services does not give you ownership of or any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.
    3. You may not remove any copyright, trademark registration, or other proprietary notices from the contents of our Website and/or Services/Products. Also, any information or software obtained from our Website and/or Services/Products may not be copied, modified, translated, displayed, distributed, or performed.
    4. You are not allowed to use our website, or any of our goods or services for profit. This includes, but is not limited to, offering to buy or sell any of our goods or services, soliciting donations, or using public forums for such reasons. Any use of our Services for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Any commercial use must be subject to a separate agreement with Somoyer School, Inc.
    5. This is also to be noted the validity of each course is for 06 months which will be considered from the day of enrollment and onwards. After the expiration date users would have to enroll for the course again.
    6. Changes to Content Offerings: Somoyer School reserves the right to cancel, interrupt, reschedule, or modify any Content Offerings, or change the point value or weight of any assignment, quiz, or other assessment, either solely, or in accordance with Content Provider instructions. Content Offerings are subject to the Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability sections below.
      No Academic Credit: Somoyer School does not grant academic credit for the completion of Content Offerings.
      Disclaimer of Student-Content Provider Relationship: Completing the courses on Somoyer School does not grant you access to any resources of the instructor or his/her institution or organization. Courses are only for your learning purposes and it does not give you any right to work for Somoy Media Ltd unless you are selected based on specific criterias.
    7. User Content: The Services enable you to share your content, such as homework, quizzes, exams, projects, other assignments you submit, posts you make in the forums, and the like ("User Content"), with Somoyer School, instructors, and/or other users. You retain all intellectual property rights in, and are responsible for, the User Content you create and share. User Content does not include course content or other materials made available on or placed on to the Somoyer School platform by or on behalf of Content Providers or their instructors using the Services or Content Offerings.
    8. How Somoyer School and Others May Use User Content: To the extent that you provide User Content, you grant Somoyer School a fully-transferable, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works based on, publicly perform, publicly display, and otherwise use the User Content. This license includes granting Somoyer School the right to authorize Content Providers to use User Content with their registered students, on-campus learners, or other learners independent of the Services. Nothing in these Terms shall restrict other legal rights Somoyer School may have to User Content, for example under other licenses. We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content for any reason, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms or other policies.
    9. Security: We care about the security of our users. While we work to protect the security of your account and related information, Somoyer School cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures. Please notify us immediately of any compromise or unauthorized use of your account by emailing [email protected]
    10. Copyright and Trademark: Somoyer School reserves the right to distribute its contents and sell them anywhere in the world. All contents available on the platform are the sole property of Somoyer School. Any kind of copying or commercial use of our contents is strictly prohibited and will result in punishment.
    11. Education Research: Somoyer School is committed to advancing the science of learning and teaching, and records of your participation in courses may be used for education research. In the interest of this research, you may be exposed to variations in the Content Offerings. Research findings will typically be reported at the aggregate level. Your personal identity will not be publicly disclosed in any research findings without your express consent.
    12. Modifying or Terminating our Services: We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functions, features, or requirements, and we may suspend (to the extent allowed by applicable law) or stop part of our Services altogether. Accordingly, Somoyer School may terminate your use of any Service for any reason. If your use of a paid Service is terminated, a refund may be available under our Refund Policy.
The following acts are strictly banned when using our services:
  • Make content that is misleading, illegal, risky, abusive, torturous, vulgar, obscene, child pornographic, loud, lascivious, illegal, intrusive, hateful, racial, ethnic, or otherwise objectionable available;
  • Threatening, stalking, or harassing someone else, or encouraging someone else to use violence;
  • Sharing knowledge that promotes criminal activity, exposes one to civil liability, or contravenes any applicable laws, rules, or standards; Any action that prevents another individual from using or enjoying the website, or services;
  • Any action that prevents another individual from using or enjoying the website, or services;
  • Give anyone access to information or anything else that you are not authorized to do so by any agreement, fiduciary responsibility, or law; unless you are in control of the relevant rights or have acquired the required approval;
  • Materials with viruses, trojans, worms, spyware, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines, code, files, or programs should not be transmitted, shared, or otherwise made accessible; such material could harm third parties' interests or rights or restrict the use of any software, hardware, or telecommunications;
  • You may not access the website in any way that could damage, overburden, or crash any of the systems or networks that power the website;
  • Violate any laws or restrictions that pertain to your use of the Website/Services/products, break the rules of the networks connected to the Website/Services/Products, or do anything you are banned from doing by these Terms;

  • The Website/Services/Products may not be accessed, obtained, copied, or otherwise monitored through any means that are not expressly provided for that purpose by the Website/Services/Products, including but not limited to manual processes, tools, devices, programs, algorithms, methodologies, or similar or equivalent devices, tools, or manual activities;
  • Change or alter any element of the Services;
  • You are not permitted to use the Services in the following circumstances: (I) in contradiction to these Terms; and (ii) to the extent that it is prohibited by law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or standards in the relevant country;
  • Avoiding any of the conditions in the Agreement for using the website/services/products.

The company makes no guarantees on the continuation of the Website or the maintenance of any of its features.
