Refund Policy
- Cancellation & RefundsFor Enrollments under Somoyer School : Any refund or cancellation request for courses purchased under Somoyer School will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
- Refunds: Double payment
- Refund of the double payment made by the student or accidentally making an electronic payment twice by the vendor will be processed in 10 working days post intimation by the customer.
- In case of a wrong purchase or if the customer is willing to purchase another course, a transfer to another course can be done through providing a voucher. If the price of the new course is:
- Higher than the purchased course, the user has to pay the additional amount to Somoyer School by preferred payment method.
- Lower than the purchased course, the user will get a refund of the additional amount from Somoyer School by the payment medium through which the course was purchased.
- Refunds/ Cancellation: Raising RequestRefund or cancellation requests can only be raised by writing an email to the [email protected]
Note: Somoyer School reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.
All refunds will be processed within 10 working days following the Refund Policies after the refund request is approved by Somoyer School.
A confirmation email or SMS will be sent to the registered email address or phone number you provided once the refund has been processed.
